Older brothers always torture younger ones, especially when they are little turds. He is much bigger than me now, however, I still have the intimidation factor on my side. And always will. I just love the big fella.

Caught my daughter dancing to Birdsong this morning. Pretty cool.

My daughter and her little brother are thick as thieves. No one, but no one, messes with his sis.

Ah, one of my favs around here (SW). Blake phoebe. Love that name too, "phoebe" for gals or birds...Say's phoebe is another pretty one we see a lot of here. Nice little flycatchers with big mouths, though inclined to stuff them with flying insects rather than spouting off...

We love the name too. It fits her very well. High metabolism and eats well. No Phoebe's in these parts (NW Ca.) Great abundance of water fowl though, my main avian interest. Funny thing, I have noticed women like the Phoebe name more than men. We seem to be the exception.
Have a great weekend.

These little phoebe birds are so lovely , bbbrew ! Among many other marvels onthis planet , I do love tiny birds ,a mystery of life : how do they survive the cold of winters ,survive in the ciries ,can fly so long , can sing so loud ,these little bunddles of feathers ?
